About Jody Boelter
Buying or selling a home is a lot. Deadlines, inspections, paperwork, and a hundred questions nobody warns you about. My job is to carry that for you.
I've been doing this since 2015, and what matters to me hasn't changed. It's about you, not me. I'll tell you the truth about price, I'll answer the text at 9 PM, and I'll still pick up the phone after closing.
My office is in Appleton, and my clients are all over Northeast Wisconsin, from Green Bay and Suamico to Waupaca, Clintonville and Fond du Lac.
My story
I started my real estate career in 2015 with Coldwell Banker The Real Estate Group in Appleton. In 2017, I joined Expert Real Estate Partners, and in April 2021, I earned my Wisconsin broker license. In 2022, I opened Fox River Realty powered by Homestead Realty, Inc., so I could build my business my own way with the support of a strong brokerage.
My philosophy is simple. Success begins with service, and to me that means three things. I give honest answers, even when they aren't the easy ones. I make time on evenings and weekends when the right house hits the market. I'm also still here for you long after the keys are in your hand.
You won't hear me call myself the best agent in town. I'd rather show you. Read what my clients say, then give me a call and see how it feels.

How I work
Selling? You get a free home price range within 48 hours, then I walk through your home and we set the right list price together. I handle staging advice, marketing, showings, negotiation, inspections and closing.
Buying? I work with first-time buyers, families relocating to the Fox Valley, and people downsizing. I also help with waterfront homes, new construction, and lots and acreage, including hunting land.
Off the clock
I'm married with two kids, a lazy Bulldog who'd sleep through a showing, and a Shih Tzu who follows me room to room. You'll find me traveling, reading, kayaking or climbing.
Giving Back
My family and I donate to Children's Hospital and Pillars, make blankets, and bring treats to the animal hospital and the Fox Valley Humane Society. We also bring homemade treat bags to the kids at The Harbor House every Halloween and Christmas.
